Payment Agreement & Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 13, 2025
This Payment Agreement and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions made through Rentaprice Consulting Family (“Rentaprice Consulting Family,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) using Stripe credit card processing services. By making a payment on our website, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms below.
1. Payment Terms
1.1 Accepted Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
1.2 Billing Authorization
By providing your payment details, you authorize Rentaprice Consulting Family (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the agreed amount of services, fees, or subscriptions.
1.3 Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your transaction details. Please retain this confirmation for your records.
1.4 Payment Security
All payments are encrypted and processed via Stripe’s PCI-DSS compliant system. Rentaprice Consulting Family does not store or have access to your full credit card details.
2. Pricing & Currency
2.1 All prices for services are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Taxes, fees, or additional charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed before checkout.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Service-Based Payments
Payments made for consulting services, advisory sessions, and business solutions are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors.
3.2 Cancellations Before Service Delivery
If you cancel a booked consultation or service at least 48 hours before delivery, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee.
3.3 Non-Refundable Items
Customized consulting plans, digital resources, or completed advisory sessions cannot be refunded.
Subscription fees (if any) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
3.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method through Stripe within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Disputed Charges & Chargebacks
4.1 If you believe a charge is incorrect, you agree to contact us first at info@rentapriceconsulting.com before disputing the transaction with your bank or card issuer.
4.2 Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services and possible legal recovery of associated costs.
5. Payment Failure
If your payment is declined or reversed, Rentaprice Consulting Family reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate your services.
Request an alternative valid payment method.
Recover outstanding amounts owed.
6. Updates to Policy
We may update this Payment & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or Stripe’s terms. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
